At BWitched, we want you to love every magical item you receive.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite what you expected, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

The item does not match the description

The item has manufacturing faults (for handmade items, slight variations are normal)

You contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Packaging and accessories must be included (where applicable)
Items NOT eligible for return:

Digital products (e.g. downloadable content)

Custom-made / personalised items

Sale items unless damaged or defective
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at:

Once we review your request, we will confirm whether the return is approved and provide:

Shipping details (if applicable)
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, BWitched covers the return shipping cost.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g. changed your mind), the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may not include:

Original shipping fees (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only when:

The item arrived damaged or defective

The product you want to exchange for is in stock
If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received within 10 business days:

Check your bank account again

Contact your bank or card provider (processing times vary)

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase unless already shipped.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
8. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Many BWitched items are handcrafted, meaning slight variations in colour, shape, or stitching may occur.
These are not considered defects — they’re part of the magic.
